“Alt perspective: my reMarkable 2 is awesome hardware, easy to hack (root is trivial), and hyperpaper.me works great on it. I recommend pairing it w/ a LAMY stylus.”— chrisweekly · 2023 · HN

“Alt perspective: my reMarkable 2 is awesome hardware, easy to hack (root is trivial), and hyperpaper.me works great on it. I recommend pairing it w/ a LAMY stylus.”
“I love my rm2 as a mental scratchpad, list maker, PDF reader, ebook reader etc. Etc. I have a trick, I bought the Lamy pen compatible with the rm2, and pushed the rm2 pen nib up it, makes for an awesome writing experience!!!!”
“Love my rm2, use it for hours every day. But their stylus is overpriced and fragile. LAMY All-Star is a way better choice, 100% compatible, and has a programmable multifn button (hold to access eraser tool, doubletap to undo).”
“Are there pens that work like Lamy Al-Star EMR pen, with a button to switch tools, etc, on the RMPP? I have been using my RM2 for years. Backlight would be nice, but not sure it's worth the trade off for me.”
